Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We run a specialist dermatology service with limited appointment availability. To ensure fairness for all patients, we apply the following cancellation and rescheduling terms. Full details are also provided individually before payment and booking.
More than 48 hours’ notice
• You may cancel or reschedule without charge.
• If a refund is requested, 95% of the consultation fee will be returned (5% retained for administrative and payment processing costs).
24–48 hours’ notice
• A late-change fee of 50% of the consultation fee applies.
• If cancelling: a 50% refund will be issued.
• If rescheduling: the 50% late-change fee must be settled before rebooking. Once paid, the full original consultation fee will be credited to the new appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day changes, or non-attendance
• The full consultation fee is non-refundable, as the reserved time cannot reasonably be offered to another patient.
Late arrival
To maintain clinical standards and avoid delays to subsequent appointments:
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late for a new consultation, or
• More than 5 minutes late for a follow-up, may not be able to be seen and will be treated as a non-attendance under the above terms.
Acceptance of terms
By booking and/or making payment, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
