Important Information

Online dermatology consultations are suitable for many skin conditions but have limitations. Diagnosis and treatment recommendations are based on the information provided during the consultation and the quality of photographs submitted. Some conditions may require face-to-face assessment, dermoscopic examination, biopsy, blood tests, imaging, or other investigations before a definitive diagnosis can be made.

Where appropriate, patients may be advised to arrange an in-person consultation or seek urgent medical attention.
